What is skiing?
Skiing is the sport which using snowboard that fixed with shoes or boots and go skiing in witner snow called skiing.
The countries leading the world in skiing are Scandinavian countries such as Norway, Sweden, Finland, and countries around the Alps in Western Europe, France, Italy, Austria, Germany and Sweden, and the United States and Russia. In general, Scandinavian countries dominate the Nordic skiing project and dominate the alpine skiing project in the Alps.

The first alpine skiing championship was held in Argentina in 1966.

Since the Second World War, skiing techniques have been divided into Austrian and French styles. The former is characterized by rhythmic short-distance swings; the latter is characterized by athletes' shoulders almost perpendicular to the turning direction.

The basic movements of skiing include straight slip, plough turn, parallel turn, jump turn, kick turn, cross slide and zigzag slide. The skier need to wear the ski cloth, magnetic snow goggles and play with snowboard and ski pole.
