Ski in the Europe

Ski areas can be divided into three major categories:

1. Nordic skiing: originated in Scandinavia and characterized by a snowboard fixture on the toe of the ski boot rather than the heel. These include cross-country skiing and ski jumping

2. Alpine skiing: this type originated in the Alps and is characterized by a boot strap on the toe and heel. There are also three basic movements of this type of skiing: straight down, cross and turn

3. Freestyle: this type of skiing is a type of stunt in which the skier slides down a steep, craggy ski slope while performing daring backjumps, kicks and even somersaults. Nowadays, there are many skiing competitions, such as alpine skiing, Nordic skiing (cross-country skiing, ski jumping), freestyle skiing, snowboarding and so on

1. Air layer: this is close-fitting wear, just like close-fitting underwear, mainly to conduct sweat and heat from the skin, convenient sweat evaporation, keep the skin dry.

2. Insulation layer: this is the middle layer, such as cashmere, mainly to keep warm, avoid the body in cold weather loss of excessive heat, but also to breathe, plus relatively light
